The music on this album was recorded on location in a disused oil tank in the fishing village of Nyksund, which is on the edge of an island off the coast of Northern Norway. The road ends here. There are few places to seek shelter. In this rugged yet vulnerable landscape, the silence in punctuated only by the wind, the sea and the birds.
